Fast delivery company Blinkit is now partnering with Unicorn to ship the iPhone 14. The e-commerce company on Friday announced a new partnership with Apple retailer Unicorn. However, iPhone 14 deliveries will be limited to Delhi and Mumbai for the time being. The newly launched iPhone 14 series (excluding iPhone 14 Plus), Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch SE (2nd generation) went on sale in India today, with the products available for pre-order from September 9.
Event on September 7 In an official announcement via Twitter on Friday, e-commerce company Blinkit informed users that it has partnered with Apple’s unicorn retailer to ship iPhone 14 models. According to the tweet, the supply of these iPhone models will be limited to only two Tier 1 cities – Delhi and Mumbai for the time being. According to Blinkit founder Albinder Dhinds, the company will ship the iPhone 14 model to customers within minutes.
Users will need to update to the new version of Blinkit on iOS and Android to use this device. Delivery times of iPhone 14 models and accessories will be limited to Unicorn Store dates. The app also states that the iPhone 14 Plus models will be available for purchase starting October 7, as Apple has delayed the model’s arrival. While Apple has reduced the starting price of iPhone 14 to Rs. 79,900, iPhone 14 Plus will be available at a starting price of Rs.89,900.
Blinkit, formerly known as Grofers, had acquired online food delivery platform Zomato for ₹4450 million, a process completed by Blinkit in June 2022. Meanwhile, on September 7, Apple launched the iPhone 14 series – iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max along with Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch SE (2nd generation). Apple started selling the newly listed products on September 16, except for the iPhone 14 Plus.
